Back from the Holiday Break!

While the WaterFire staff was away enjoying a hard-earned post-season holiday, TRAC builders and many subcontractors continued to work on the WaterFire Arts Center. They’ve installed central heating, and are now sealing up the spaces around the windows. The building is warm (at least relatively) and getting quieter as more of the windows are sealed. There are only a few months of construction still remaining, and it seems more people than ever are working together to complete the project. The largest structural elements of the project are completed, the remaining tasks have becomeĀ fitting and finishingĀ the newly created rooms. The filmmaker is Madeline, who has just begun her internship in the Media Department and got her first taste of The Arts Center yesterday! Her first impressions in an upcoming post.
